Miss West Virginia Continental Plus 2009 will be held November 21st. Brianna Nicole Carter will be giving up her title. This was the preliminary of the year for Miss Continental Plus.The national contest, Miss Continental Plus 2009, is usually held around Easter each year in Chicago.
